The hotel was beautifully built and the staff were extremely nice and professional. We enjoyed the underused outdoor pool and the indoor pool and jacuzzi were also very nice. The hotel had a nice weight room and the views of the Mediterranean were world-class. The local restaurants nearby had incredible fresh caught seafood, which was outstanding.
Everything was fantastic. Nothing negative to mention.

It took 10 minutes to reach Beach Tripoli on foot. A few steps away from Old City, where you can have lunch. The hotel was situated very close to the Taxi Bani Walid bus stop, just 5 minutes walking distance. Free parking nearby was provided...
Nothing to complain about at all.

The beds were nice in our room. Thanks a lot and we can recommend this place! Set not far from Street Murals.

Convenient location and good service, but overpriced. the hotel amenities were modern and stylish which gave the hotel a luxurious feel. the location was useful for exploring the surrounding area, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. We particularly enjoyed the stunning views of the city from our room.
Terrible service and outrageous pricing. We went during the Xmas season, and the hotel charged premium prices for everything without offering anything special in return.

Impressive building, with most rooms with oceanview. Impressive hall, excellent food, vast choice at breakfast, large rooms with fine design, great furniture, super beds. It fully deserves five stars. Their health club looks like heaven. Qualified multilingual staff with sense of humor. The whole city of Tripoli, unknown to me, has surprised me. Why does Lybia not develop tourism like in Egypt, Marocco or Tunesia? They do have potential to please tourist. Really excellent food.
My Master Card credit card did not function on their cash machines, but did work in another hotel. They need to check on that.

Hotel Beautifully built...staff extremely nice and professional...pool outside beautiful and underused...indoor pool and jacuzzi also very nice...nice weight room...views of Mediterranean world class....local restaurants nearby have incredible fresh caught seafood...outstanding
Only 3/5 restaurants open of which 1 is a cafe. Food about average with service issues reoccurring. At cafe.... 2 days in row received wrong item. Sent it back...still charged for items not consumed. Gym and pool area needs tlc.(broken floor,, dry sauna not very hot)..gym needs aerobic equipment..

From the moment I arrived, this hotel has exceeded my expectations. the luxurious amenities provided have made my stay unforgettable. the room was spacious and comfortable, with exclusive facilities that added to my comfort. the location was also advantageous, with easy access to many places in the city.
The only slight downside was the price. Although it was expensive, it was not unexpected for such an exclusive experience.

The location and room size.
- Unfriendly staff - My room was full of dust when I checked in and stayed full of dust after being cleaned. - I left the room for 2 hours and left "Clean my room" at the door but was never cleaned until I asked someone to "clean" it. - Prehistoric TV. - Room window not tightly shut, therefore, little sound insulation.
